The Army Of The Ohio is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

The Army Of The Ohio is currently accepting donations to aide organizations in Civil War Preservations. All donations received will go directly towards preserving a part of our history.

To date, the Army Of The Ohio has collected donations for the following endeavors:

  • 2011 to 2013 - $14,755 raised for conservation of the 23rd Ohio Volunteer Regimental flag
  • 2012 - $1000 donation for conservation of the 148th New York Volunteer Infantry flag
  • 2013 to 2014 - $29,000 raised for conservation of the 25th Ohio Volunteer Regimental flag
  • 2013 - $300 donated to the East Cemetery battlefield preservation
  • 2013 - $50 donated to the Rosecrans statue in Sunbury, Ohio
  • 2013 - $100 donated to Clark County Historical Society, Ohio
  • 2014 - $750 donated for conservation of the 29th Ohio Volunteer Regimental flag
  • 2014 - $300 donated to Hale Farm and Village for storm damage repairs
  • 2014 - $7,000 donated to the North Anna battlefield preservation (included a matching fund)
  • 2016 - $500 donated to Perryville Battlefield Preservation
  • 2016 - $100 donated to Friends and Descendants of Johnson Island
  • 2017 - $100 donated to Friends and Descendants of Johnson Island
  • 2018 - $100 donated to Friends and Descendants of Johnson Island
  • 2019 - $100 donated to Friends and Descendants of Johnson Island
  • 2021 - $250 donated to Gaines' Mill-Cold Harbor battlefield perservation
